WSP Middle East is seeking a Stakeholder Architect (Emirati National) to support architectural design and stakeholder coordination across a range of projects. Working alongside senior architects and multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to design development, authority coordination and project delivery. Responsibilities Support the development of concept, schematic and detailed architectural designs. Prepare drawings, 3D models, presentations and technical documentation. Coordinate with engineers, consultants and other project disciplines. Support the coordination of client, stakeholder and statutory authority requirements. Assist with authority applications, permits, NOCs and design-related approvals. Maintain submission trackers, meeting records and approval updates. Attend coordination meetings and follow up on agreed actions. Review design information against authority and stakeholder requirements. Support site visits, surveys and project documentation. Follow WSP design, quality and project delivery requirements. Qualifications UAE National (with a valid Family Book). Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. 1–6 years of relevant professional experience. Understanding of architectural design principles and project delivery. Basic knowledge of UAE building regulations, authority procedures and NOC processes. Proficiency in Revit, with working knowledge of AutoCAD. Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
