About the Client
A well-established organization in the UAE providing engineering products and technical solutions to the building services sector.
About the Role
Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets within the HVAC and MEP market.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Understand project requirements and recommend suitable technical products and solutions.
Generate enquiries, plan client visits, and manage opportunities through to closure.
Deliver clear technical presentations and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
About You
Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
5–8 years of direct sales experience within the HVAC or MEP sector.
Established relationships with MEP contractors and consultants in the UAE.
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
Strong technical understanding, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proactive, commercially driven, and able to work independently.
Valid driving license is mandatory.
