Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance activities Lead and manage engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff Monitor equipment performance and ensure preventive maintenance is completed Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or operational problems Enforce workplace safety policies and engineering standards Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other departments Train and support engineering team members Monitor inventory and order engineering materials or spare parts Ensure compliance with local regulations and company procedures Experience Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property required Pre-opening experience is an advantage Requirement Proven work experience as a Shift Supervisor Active listening and effective communication skills Flexibility to work in shifts Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment Should you believe that you are the right candidate for the role, please apply online ONLY by submitting your full updated CV, featuring a recent photograph.
