ZOCOA Group is hiring an accomplished Private Label Business Development Executive to lead the expansion of our industrial chocolate and confectionery manufacturing division. This role secures high-volume private label, OEM, and custom formulation contracts with major supermarket chains, brand owners, hospitality groups, and regional distributors. Key Responsibilities: • Originate and close high-value private label, OEM, and contract manufacturing contracts across the UAE and GCC. • Target senior decision-makers (C-Level, Procurement Directors, Category Heads) for retailer own-brand programs and co-manufacturing solutions. • Translate customer briefs into bespoke chocolate formulations, managing NPD sampling, sensory trials, and technical approvals with R&D and QA. • Structure profitable commercial proposals, factoring in industrial costing models, cocoa raw materials, packaging tooling, and MOQs. • Negotiate long-term Master Supply Agreements, co-packing terms, and margin structures while ensuring cash collection discipline. • Build multi-year customer relationships to secure predictable batch manufacturing runs and recurring revenue. Requirements & Qualifications: • Minimum 7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in commercial food or industrial manufacturing sectors. • Minimum 4+ years dedicated experience in Food & Beverage / Confectionery contract manufacturing (OEM, Private Label, or Co-Packing). • Minimum 4 years of continuous tenure with a single employer (demonstrating stability and client retention). • Active, verifiable B2B network with retail category buyers, food brand owners, and hospitality procurement heads. • Deep understanding of food manufacturing processes, recipe customization, costing models, and MOQs. • Valid UAE Driving License with regional client mobility Show more Show less
