Vice President Treasury

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Vice President – Treasury to lead the treasury function within a large, complex organisation. The role will oversee corporate funding, capital structure, liquidity management, financial risk and long-term financial planning, supporting strategic growth and investment objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute treasury strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead capital structure optimisation, corporate funding and debt financing activities. Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and surplus cash investments. Manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate and liquidity exposures. Lead long-term balance sheet planning and funding strategies for major capital investments. Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors and credit rating agencies. Oversee treasury reporting, governance, compliance and systems. Provide strategic financial advice to executive leadership and the Board. Lead and develop the treasury team. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or Master's preferred. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including 3–4 years in a comparable senior treasury role. Strong background in corporate treasury, capital structuring, funding, liquidity and financial risk management. Proven experience securing financing and managing relationships with banks and capital providers. Experience in aviation, infrastructure or other large-scale, capital-intensive industries preferred. UAE or Middle East market experience advantageous. Professional qualifications such as CTP, CFA, ACT, CPA or CIMA are an advantage.
