Role Description The Pharmacist role at El Khabiry Pharmacies Talent Hub is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, review prescriptions for appropriateness and potential interactions, and provide clear counseling to customers on correct usage, dosage, and possible side effects. Daily responsibilities include managing inventory, checking expiry dates, maintaining proper storage conditions, and ensuring compliance with local pharmacy regulations and company policies. The Pharmacist will collaborate with other medical team members, support prescription verification and insurance or payment processes, and contribute to a safe and organized pharmacy environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and safe dispensing practices; ability to interpret prescriptions and provide evidence-based medication guidance. Customer service and communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly, respond to inquiries, and support a positive patient experience. Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Ability to work effectively within a medical team, demonstrating collaboration, reliability, and professional ethics. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent), with a valid pharmacist license/registration in Egypt. Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and basic computer skills for electronic records and prescription processing.
