Role : HR Specialist [ UAE Talent Pool ] Industry : Oil & Gas Location : Dubai-U.A.E. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement and organizational culture Support learning & development and succession planning processes Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.
