Sales Manager – Poultry Vaccines

The Sales Manager – Poultry Vaccines builds and leads Klybeck's poultry vaccine business across the Kingdom, from vaccination programs to cold-chain delivery at the farm. Job description Develop and deliver the annual sales plan, budget and targets for the poultry vaccine portfolio. Grow vaccine sales with poultry integrators, broiler, layer and breeder farms, and hatcheries. Design and promote vaccination programs with customers' veterinarians, supported by the technical team. Lead vaccine tenders, pricing and contract negotiations within company policy. Ensure cold-chain integrity in storage, distribution and delivery, working with Supply Chain and distributors. Coordinate vaccination audits, field trials, serology follow-up and customer training. Monitor disease outbreaks, competitor products and market trends to guide strategy. Prepare sales forecasts and monthly performance reports for the Commercial Director. Ensure compliance with SFDA and MEWA regulations for veterinary biologicals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM); a postgraduate degree in poultry health or microbiology is a plus. 8–10 years of experience in poultry vaccine or veterinary biologicals sales, including at least 3 years in a management role. Strong knowledge of poultry diseases, vaccination programs and hatchery and farm vaccination techniques. Established network with poultry integrators and hatcheries in Saudi Arabia. Proven record of meeting sales targets and leading tenders. Fluent in Arabic and English. Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel across the Kingdom. Show more Show less
