The role involves providing technical assistance and guidance to business clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of product and service-related issues. The English Technical Support professional will troubleshoot technical problems, document cases accurately, and escalate complex issues when needed. The position also includes explaining technical information in clear English, supporting clients in the use of tools and platforms, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and client satisfaction. The role may involve contributing to knowledge base articles, participating in product and process training, and maintaining compliance with company policies and service-level agreements. Qualifications Strong English communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with business clients. Experience in English teaching or training, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way. Translation skills to support understanding of technical information and client needs across languages. Customer service experience in a B2B or technical support environment, with a focus on problem solving and client satisfaction. Ability to learn and work with technical systems, software platforms, and troubleshooting tools. Good organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail when recording cases and solutions. Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with diverse teams in Cairo, Egypt. Relevant education in languages, communication, IT, or a related field is preferred.
