We develop ELIXIR MD™, a photobiomodulation system for clinical use, and work with surgeons and clinical teams. As we build our presence in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, we are developing Arabic and English digital experiences that communicate our technology clearly and responsibly. About the Role You will own the day-to-day social media presence of ELIXIR MD INC across Egypt and Saudi Arabia, from content planning and bilingual copy to publishing, community management and reporting. Your work will build medical authority and generate qualified professional interest in ELIXIR MD™ while maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms. You will adapt content for each market and audience, coordinate creative delivery, and connect professional enquiries with the sales team. The role requires strong editorial judgment, attention to detail and the ability to work within clinical and local approval processes. What You Will Own Content strategy and planning: Develop separate calendars for Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Tailor content to each platform, audience and market while maintaining a cohesive brand experience across channels. Bilingual writing and localization: Write and adapt Arabic and English captions, video scripts, Reel scripts and actionable artwork briefs. Use Modern Standard Arabic and culturally appropriate Egyptian and Gulf adaptations. Brand presence and storytelling: Maintain the visual identity, tone and messaging of ELIXIR MD INC. Shape content around Intelligent Recovery, branded protocols and the patient care experience using approved language. Creative coordination and publishing: Brief designers and editors, coordinate approved surgeon contributions, manage deadlines and publish approved content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube and TikTok. Community and lead management: Respond to comments and enquiries, route qualified professional leads to sales, maintain enquiry records and escalate medical questions to the appropriate clinical reviewers. Social Media Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications Content governance: Coordinate clinical-claims review, local approvals and consent records before publication. Protect patient privacy, moderate communities and handle testimonials responsibly. Campaign support and measurement: Support paid campaigns through creative testing, audience insights and tracked conversion journeys. Report results by market, platform and objective, with clear recommendations for improvement. Required Qualifications Minimum eight years of relevant professional experience, with proven social media management experience in healthcare, medical devices or professional service brands. Excellent Arabic and English writing, storytelling and market adaptation skills, with strong judgment around brand tone and audience needs. Hands-on management of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube and TikTok, including short-form video and community management. Experience with Meta Business Suite and a scheduling platform such as Hootsuite, Buffer or Sprout Social. Working knowledge of native platform analytics, Google Analytics 4, UTM tracking and Excel or Google Sheets reporting. Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho, including enquiry tracking and effective sales handover. Familiarity with Meta content management tools, creative testing, paid social collaboration and evaluation of qualified enquiries and orientation requests. Ability to use Canva and CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro for basic content adaptation, editing and quality checks for urgent tasks only. Sound judgment around clinical claims, consent, patient privacy, testimonials and escalation of medical questions. Strong organization, attention to detail and stakeholder communication, with experience managing calendars and approvals in Asana, Trello, Monday.com or an equivalent tool. How Success Will Be Measured Success will be assessed through consistent approved publishing, relevant audience growth, engagement quality, qualified professional enquiries, orientation requests and effective sales handover. Reporting should make market and platform performance clear and support practical improvements. Compensation Competitive monthly base salary paid in USD, plus a performance-based bonus. Work Environment Full-time, initially remote from Egypt, with an expected transition to on-site work in Cairo in approximately six months. Applicants must be willing and able to make this transition. Your schedule will include at least four hours of daily overlap with the Irvine, California team (Pacific Time) for meetings and reviews.
