Job Description: Marketing Coordinator – Exhibition Industry Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing activities for exhibitions, conferences, and industry events. The candidate will coordinate marketing campaigns, manage promotional materials, support social media activities, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives to maximize event visibility and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities for exhibitions and conferences. Manage social media content, email marketing, newsletters, and website updates. Coordinate with designers, content creators, media partners, and external agencies. Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, invitations, presentations, and event announcements. Support exhibitor and visitor promotions to increase event participation. Assist with event branding, advertising, PR activities, and marketing collateral. Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and marketing reports. Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and content schedules. Coordinate with internal teams, sales, and operations to ensure smooth event execution. Provide on-site marketing support during exhibitions and conferences. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in exhibitions, events, or conferences. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, and digital marketing tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
