Job Title : Techno-Functional Consultant Experience : 3-6 years Work Location : Cairo, Egypt Role Overview We are looking for a Techno-Functional Consultant to manage end-to-end Zoho implementation projects, from understanding customer requirements and designing solutions to coordinating development and ensuring successful delivery. The role involves working closely with customers and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective Zoho solutions. Roles & Responsibilities Engage with customers to gather, analyse and prioritise business requirements, conduct discovery workshops and recommend suitable solutions. Map business processes (As-Is and To-Be) and prepare functional documents, BRDs, FRDs, process flows and UAT plans. Configure Zoho applications, including modules, workflows, blueprints, approvals, reports and dashboards. Coordinate with development teams on customisations, REST APIs, integrations and data migration. Manage implementation activities, including project milestones, functional testing, UAT, deployment and go-live. Monitor project progress, manage risks and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting or Techno-Functional roles. Experience delivering at least 2 end-to-end CRM, ERP or business application implementations. Hands-on experience with Zoho applications; Zoho certifications or formal product training will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of business processes, workflow design and functional documentation. Working knowledge of REST APIs, integrations and custom scripting. Familiarity with Agile project delivery and project management tools such as Zoho Projects. Industry experience in Banking, Insurance, Retail, Education, E-commerce or Professional Services will be an advantage. Knowledge of PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP or Scrum methodologies/certifications is desirable. Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. Show more Show less
