WE ARE HIRING | Senior Technical Office Architect
📍 Project: Raya Park
📌 Location: Kafr El-Dawwar, Beheira, Egypt
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise architectural Technical Office activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and develop architectural shop drawings and detailed working drawings.
Ensure compliance with design intent, contract documents, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve technical conflicts.
Review BOQs, quantity take-offs, material submittals, and technical specifications.
Manage RFIs, technical queries, and design revisions.
Support site teams and ensure proper implementation of approved drawings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
5–10 years of relevant experience in architectural Technical Office works, including experience in a senior or leadership role.
Strong expertise in shop drawings, BOQs, quantity surveying, and technical coordination.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
