Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Heliopolis. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and qualify leads, meet with potential buyers and sellers, and conduct property showings. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions and pricing, preparing and reviewing offers, negotiating terms, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. The role also involves maintaining accurate listings, updating CRM systems, participating in local marketing activities and open houses, and providing ongoing customer support before, during, and after closing. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Property laws and regulations. Candidates should possess strong Real Estate market knowledge and practical experience in property transactions. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including negotiation, lead conversion, and pipeline management. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, communication, and relationship building. Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field are beneficial. Strong organizational and time-management skills, proficiency with real estate CRM and listing platforms, and comfort working in an on-site client-facing environment are preferred. Show more Show less
