We are hiring an experienced Talent Manager to lead talent development, Learning & Development (L&D), performance management, and Learning Management System (LMS) initiatives for a leading holding group in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement talent management and development strategies.
Lead L&D programmes, training needs assessments, and employee capability development.
Manage performance appraisal cycles, KPI frameworks, and performance improvement initiatives.
Oversee LMS administration, implementation, and effectiveness.
Drive succession planning, leadership development, and talent reviews.
Analyse learning and performance metrics to measure impact and identify improvement areas.
Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align talent initiatives with organisational objectives.
Requirements:
10+ years of relevant experience in Talent Management, L&D, and Performance Management.
Strong hands-on experience with LMS platforms and performance management frameworks.
Proven expertise in employee development, succession planning, and learning strategy.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
