We are currently looking for a Head Bartender Main Duties And Responsibilities Conduct weekly training sessions on beverage pouring practice, cocktail mixing, bottle flaring, and upselling Supervise and train bartending staff Create and update cocktail menus Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage bar inventory and place orders as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints Monitor and control beverage costs Ensure consistent quality of all drinks served Promote a positive and professional work environment Handle guest complaints directly or refer them to the Bar Manager Perform all necessary tasks to service beverages according to the hotel standard Experience Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property is required Pre-opening experience is an advantage Requirement Proven work experience as Head Bartender Active listening and effective communication skills Flexibility to work in shifts Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment Should you believe that you are the right candidate for the role, please apply online ONLY by submitting your full updated CV, featuring a recent photograph.
