We're Hiring | Senior Sales Manager | Dubai, UAE A fast-growing global AdTech company is expanding its presence across MENA and looking for a commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to lead new-business acquisition across the UAE and the Lower Gulf. Reporting directly to the C-suite, you'll play a pivotal role in opening doors to leading brands, building strategic relationships and converting opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships. Key Responsibilities Drive new-business acquisition across the UAE and the Lower Gulf, targeting leading brands in e-commerce, fintech, food delivery and other high-growth sectors. Build relationships with CMOs, Heads of Growth, Performance Marketing Directors and other senior decision-makers. Identify, develop and close high-value opportunities with blue-chip clients. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and market intelligence. Leverage AI and automation to improve prospecting, outreach and sales effectiveness. Work closely with regional leadership to drive the company's commercial growth across MENA. What We're Looking For A proven track record of winning new business and securing blue-chip clients. Established relationships with senior marketing and growth decision-makers across the UAE and wider Gulf. A strong hunter mentality, with the ability to open doors, develop opportunities and close deals. Commercial acumen and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders in conversations about business growth and performance. Resilience, persistence and a data-driven approach to navigating complex sales cycles. Experience in AdTech, digital advertising or performance marketing is highly advantageous.
