Construction Manager - Fit-Out (Landscape & Swimming Pool) Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia UCC Holding is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager - Fit-Out (Landscape & Swimming Pool) to lead the delivery of a prestigious luxury hospitality project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have an Architectural background and proven experience managing high-end fit-out, landscape, and swimming pool works for luxury hotel or resort developments with a Tier 1 contractor. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all fit-out, landscape, and swimming pool construction activities from execution through handover. Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and specialist trades, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality and safety. Drive construction progress in line with project schedules, budgets, and client expectations. Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and pool packages to ensure seamless project delivery. Review construction methodologies, shop drawings, material submittals, and installation sequences. Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and HSE requirements. Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior project stakeholders to resolve technical and operational matters. Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities. Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. 12+ years of construction experience, including luxury hospitality fit-out projects. Proven track record with a Tier 1 / leading international contractor. Strong expertise in high-end architectural finishes, landscape works, and swimming pool construction. Experience delivering luxury hotels, resorts, or landmark hospitality developments. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution capabilities. GCC/KSA project experience preferred. This role is suited to a construction-focused architect with a proven ability to deliver world-class hospitality projects, luxury finishes, and complex external works to the highest international standards.
