Consultant ENT - Dubai

🎯 Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified ENT Consultant to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence across both surgical and non-surgical ENT care, with a strong commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered outcomes. 🧠 Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions including sinusitis, otitis media, hearing loss, sleep apnea, and head & neck tumors. Perform advanced ENT procedures such as: Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) Microscopic ear surgery and laryngoscopy Head & neck reconstructive surgery Interpret diagnostic tests including CT/MRI scans, audiograms, and endoscopic evaluations. Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists for integrated care. Provide outpatient consultations and inpatient management with a focus on evidence-based practice. Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and contribute to departmental protocol development. 📋 Qualifications & Experience Certification: Board-certified in Otolaryngology (e.g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent) Licensure: DHA license or eligibility required Experience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a tertiary care or academic hospital setting Proven expertise in both adult and pediatric ENT cases Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills Commitment to continuous professional development and patient safety 💼 Compensation & Benefits Competitive tax-free salary (AED 70,000–90,000/month depending on experience) Annual performance bonus Housing allowance or accommodation Family medical insurance CME allowance and paid study leave Relocation support and visa sponsorship Show more Show less
