The role You will lead the business’s strategy, commercial development and day-to-day operations to build sustainable growth. Your responsibilities will include: Owning business performance, budgets and profitability. Winning new business and strengthening long-term client relationships. Recruiting, developing and leading a high-performing team. Improving service delivery, operational discipline and credit control. Maintaining strong governance and reporting progress to the board. Your experience We are looking for an experienced professional services leader with: A proven record of growing revenue and managing profitability. Experience leading teams and developing senior talent. Strong business development and client relationship skills. Sound commercial judgement and financial discipline. An approach built on integrity, accountability and collaboration.
