Sales Executive, Creator Partnerships (Commission Only)

KODA is a talent management agency for creators in Jordan and the wider MENA region. We represent 300+ creators and sell their campaigns to brands at real rates, with no free product deals. We're hiring a Sales Executive to bring in brands and turn them into deals. What you'll do: Reach out to brands in Jordan and the Gulf Pitch creators and close first deals Build relationships that turn into monthly retainers Hand closed deals to the KODA team for delivery Commission only, no base salary: You earn 30% of what KODA earns on every account you source, for the first 6 months of each brand, paid after the brand pays. Income is uncapped. Retainers mean recurring monthly income. Independent contractor role, hybrid in Amman with in person meetings when needed. What we want: Fluent Arabic and English Sales or brand outreach experience is a plus Bold, consistent, and not afraid of hearing no No experience needed. Results are what count.
