Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure modernization projects from initiation and planning through implementation, go-live, stabilization, and closure. Develop and maintain the project charter, integrated project plan, milestones, resource plan, budget tracking, RAID log, decision log, and status reporting. Coordinate workstreams covering data center, cloud, compute, storage, network, workplace technology, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and related platform upgrades, as applicable to each project. Work with infrastructure architects and engineering teams to confirm requirements, target-state design, technical prerequisites, implementation sequencing, and acceptance criteria. Plan migrations and cutovers with clear rollback procedures, change windows, communications, command-center arrangements, and business continuity controls. Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints; escalate material impacts early and drive owners to closure. Coordinate internal stakeholders, technology teams, business representatives, procurement, finance, security, operations, service management, and external vendors. Monitor vendor deliverables, hardware/software/license readiness, logistics, contractual milestones, resource commitments, and performance against agreed plans. Ensure project activities comply with the organization’s governance, architecture, cybersecurity, change management, quality, and documentation requirements. Facilitate governance meetings, steering updates, working sessions, and decision forums; communicate progress, blockers, financial position, and required actions clearly. Ensure complete delivery documentation, including approved designs, test evidence, migration records, operational procedures, as-built documents, support matrix, knowledge transfer, and handover acceptance. Capture lessons learned, benefits progress, and improvement opportunities to strengthen the transformation delivery framework. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 2 years of project management or project coordination experience, with demonstrated exposure to infrastructure modernization, technology transformation, migration, or platform upgrade projects. Practical knowledge of project delivery methods, including predictive, Agile, or hybrid approaches, and the ability to tailor governance to project complexity. Working understanding of core infrastructure concepts such as cloud services, data centers, servers, virtualization, storage, networking, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and cybersecurity dependencies. Experience producing project plans, status reports, RAID logs, change requests, meeting records, steering materials, and closure documentation. Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional language capability may be advantageous depending on stakeholder needs. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools. Experience with Microsoft Project, Planner, Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, or equivalent project and reporting tools is advantageous. Show more Show less
