Rkkb, an HVAC contractor working From Engineering to Handover, is hiring a Procurement Specialist with experience in home appliances and project procurement.
Responsibilities:
Run project procurement from purchase request to delivery
Request, compare and negotiate supplier quotations
Build and evaluate a network of home-appliance, HVAC and materials suppliers and agents
Track purchase orders and delivery dates against project schedules
Coordinate with projects, warehouse and finance
Maintain procurement records and regular reports
Requirements:
3+ years in procurement, including home appliances and projects
Knowledge of the Saudi supplier and agent market
Strong negotiation and quotation-analysis skills
Proficient in Excel; ERP experience is a plus
Fluent in Arabic and English
HVAC or contracting experience preferred
