Senior Quantity Surveyor

China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is hiring Senior Quantity Surveyor (Snr. QS) with strong main contractor infrastructure projects experiences in the UAE/Middle East to support the Contracts Team. Responsibilities: Manage and close complex Upstream (Client) and Downstream (Subcontractor) final accounts. Review, evaluate, and negotiate Variation Orders (VOs), Extension of Time (EOT) claims, contra-charges, and other commercial claims. Prepare contractual notices, claim submissions, substantiation, and supporting documentation. Manage payments, valuations, cost control, forecasting, and final accounts. Independently close complex Upstream (Client) and Downstream (Subcontractor) final accounts, including VOs, EOT, and contra-charges. Proven experience handling variations, claims, EOT, disruption, prolongation, and final accounts. Strong ability to prepare, substantiate, negotiate, and manage contractual and commercial claims. Experience with subcontract administration, subcontractor claims, payments, and final accounts. Responsible for cost control, budget monitoring, forecasting, interim payments, and commercial reporting. Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying/Contract and Commercial Management. Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract administration and claims management. UAE/GCC main contractor infrastructure experience required.
