Rokn Real Estate is seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in finding suitable real estate opportunities, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable properties.
Present and explain available real estate projects.
Conduct meetings and property viewings when required.
Maintain accurate client records and sales activities.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
0–2 years of experience in Sales or Real Estate Sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Job Details
Location: El Sheikh Zayed.
Working Days: 5 Days per Week.
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
