Key Account Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the FMCG industry, is seeking a Key Account Manager – Hotels to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic hotel accounts, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company's footprint within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have strong key account management experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in FMCG sales to the hotel and hospitality segment, which will align successfully in the organization. About the Requirements Manage and grow relationships with key hotel groups, hospitality chains, resorts, and serviced apartments across the UAE/GCC region. Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets, increase product penetration, and maximize revenue opportunities. Identify new business opportunities within the hospitality sector and secure listings, contracts, and supply agreements. Conduct regular business reviews with hotel clients, monitor account performance, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery and account growth. About You Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of sales or key account management experience within the FMCG industry, with a focus on hotel and hospitality accounts.
