We’re hiring 1st Line Systems Support Analysts to join a well-known company!
🔧 Job Responsibilities
* Handle and resolve client support tickets
* Provide technical support via phone, email & remote tools
* Troubleshoot hardware, software & basic network issues
* Install, configure & update software
* Escalate complex technical issues when needed
* Maintain accurate ticket documentation
✅ Requirements
* Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
* Call Center background is a MUST
* English Account experience is a MUST
* Excellent English communication skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows
* Basic networking knowledge
* Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with TeamViewer / AnyDesk is a plus
