Ready to lead a sales team and drive international sales performance? At Aqarmap, we’re looking for an experienced Telesales Team Leader to lead and develop a team selling premium real estate projects in Saudi Arabia to international customers. Key Requirements Proven experience in telesales or sales, with previous team leadership experience. Strong English communication skills. Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs. Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to analyze team performance and improve conversion rates. International sales experience is a plus. Real estate sales experience is an advantage. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate telesales agents to achieve individual and team targets. Monitor daily KPIs, conversion rates, and overall productivity. Coach agents on sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies. Oversee lead management, follow-ups, and sales pipeline performance. Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve results.
