Our client, a boutique real estate agency in Dubai, is looking for an experienced, results-driven Real Estate Agent to join its team. To apply for this role you must be based in Dubai and have proven sales experience with UAE properties.
Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties
Generate and follow up on leads, and develop a strong client pipeline
Arrange property viewings and guide clients through the buying process
Negotiate offers and support clients through to closing
Work toward individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s monthly results
Stay up to date with the UAE property market, including off-plan and secondary-market opportunities
What we’re looking for:
At least 1 -2 years of real estate sales experience in UAE
Knowledge of both off-plan and secondary-market properties
Strong communication, client-service, and negotiation skills
A proactive, target-driven approach and the ability to manage a sales pipeline
Professionalism, persistence, and a genuine commitment to helping clients find the right property
