Senior Manager- Financial Operations

Description: We are seeking an experienced financial operations professional to lead and oversee payment operations across multiple entities. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of financial transactions while driving operational efficiency, risk management, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the payment operations function, ensuring smooth execution of deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related transactions. Oversee transaction processing, verification, reconciliations, and issue resolution. Ensure adherence to internal controls, AML/CFT requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. Monitor operational performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions and process improvements. Coordinate with banking partners, payment providers, and internal stakeholders to maintain efficient workflows. Review operational reports and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Support the implementation of new payment solutions, systems, and operational enhancements. Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and compliance with internal policies. Lead, coach, and develop team members, promoting high performance and accountability. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in financial operations, payments, banking operations, or a related area. Previous leadership experience managing operational teams. Experience within financial services, brokerage, fintech, banking, or payments environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of payment processes, reconciliations, controls, and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
