Construction Paralegal

Our Construction and Engineering Team advises clients across the GCC on complex disputes arising from major construction and infrastructure projects. As a Construction Paralegal, you will support experienced partners and lawyers on litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution matters across sectors including real estate, energy, utilities, transport and healthcare. What You'll Do: - Support complex construction litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. - Review documents and assist with disclosure and evidence management. - Prepare hearing bundles, chronologies, case summaries and other supporting materials. - Conduct legal and factual research on construction law and procedural issues. - Assist with drafting and proofreading pleadings, submissions, witness statements and correspondence. - Support liaison with clients, counsel, experts, witnesses and other parties. - Maintain matter files, monitor deadlines and help ensure cases are managed efficiently. Who We're Looking For: - Previous paralegal or legal experience, ideally involving construction, commercial litigation, arbitration or dispute resolution. - Strong legal research, drafting and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail. - The ability to review and manage significant volumes of complex documents accurately. - The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in construction law and dispute resolution.
