Key Responsibilities:
Review drawings, specifications, soil investigation reports, and tender requirements.
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analyses, and detailed cost estimates.
Assess material, manpower, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Coordinate with design and operations teams to confirm construction methods and project requirements.
Prepare tender clarifications, exclusions, and variation estimates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Relevant estimating experience in piling and shoring works.
Knowledge of foundation systems, construction methods, and equipment productivity.
Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skil
