Company Description: AutoExcellence For Service & Parts is a privately owned automotive service and parts distribution company that has operated for over 35 years in Jordan. The company focuses on providing high-quality products and services to a diverse and loyal customer base. AutoExcellence currently operates three service and spare parts outlets across Jordan and has expanded its presence into regional markets, including the UAE, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Palestine. Each branch is responsible for its geographic area to ensure strong market coverage, supported by a trained outdoor sales team and a dedicated fleet of delivery trucks. This structure enables reliable, timely delivery and strong relationships with trade partners. Role Description: The Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position. The Sales Representative will engage with existing and potential customers, present product offerings, provide pricing and availability information, and follow up on inquiries and leads. Daily responsibilities include visiting clients, identifying new sales opportunities, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the service and parts outlets to ensure product availability and timely delivery. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and collaborating with the outdoor sales team to achieve sales targets. The Sales Representative will work closely with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Qualifications Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including the ability to identify needs, present solutions, and close deals. Effective communication and negotiation abilities, with clear spoken and written English and Arabic preferred. Basic proficiency in using computers and sales-related tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting software). Knowledge of automotive parts or services, or a strong interest and willingness to learn the automotive industry. Proven ability to work on-site and in the field, including visiting clients within the Amman Qasabah District and surrounding areas. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to accuracy in quotations, orders, and documentation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and align with company sales targets and service standards. Previous experience in sales, distribution, or customer service, preferably in automotive or related sectors, is an advantage. Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally as required.
