Drive enterprise reporting across Oracle Retail & Power B Ensure accurate, business-critical data and analytics delivery About Our Client Our client is a well-established retail organisation with a strong regional presence and a commitment to technology-driven decision-making Job Description Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions across Oracle Retail Insights, Customer Insights, Power BI, SSRS, and OBIEE. Monitor daily batch processing and data loads, investigating and resolving failures to minimise reporting disruption. Perform data validation and reconciliation between operational systems and analytics platforms to ensure accuracy. Support integrations, upgrades, patches, and system enhancements while adhering to governance and change-management standards. Collaborate with merchandising, finance, and operations teams to deliver reporting improvements and analytical solutions. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 3-5 years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting environments. Hands-on expertise with Oracle Retail Insights, Customer Insights, OBIEE, Power BI, and SSRS. Strong SQL and Oracle Database skills, with experience in ETL processes, data integration, and reconciliation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Arabic language capability is advantageous.
