💰 Salary: Competitive Basic + High Commission
· ✔ Business Development: Source B2B leads for cross-border trucking & container haulage.
· ✔ Account Management: Build long-term relationships with reefer logistics clients.
· ✔ Fleet Collaboration: Coordinate with operations for seamless dispatch & Genset allocation.
· ✔ Client Consultation: Provide strategic advice on shipping routes & reefer needs.
· ✔ Market Monitoring: Track regional trucking trends & freight rates for competitiveness.
✔ Experience: Freight Forwarding & Trucking.
✔ Skills: Excellent communication, English.
