Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Finacle Functional Tester with deep hands-on expertise in Finacle CDH (Customer Data Hub) and Core Banking modules, complemented by strong Mobile Banking Testing experience. The ideal candidate is a sharp, detail-oriented QA professional from a reputed academic and professional background, currently based in Dubai and immediately available to join. Key Responsibilities Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Finacle CDH and Core Banking modules (Deposits, Loans, GL, Payments, Customer Management) Validate Finacle CDH data flow— customer master, KYC synchronisation, data migration, and deduplication scenarios. Perform end-to-end mobile banking application testing (iOS & Android) covering functional, UI, usability, and API-layer validations Design and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data aligned to business requirements and Finacle configurations Identify, log, and track defects through the full defect lifecycle using JIRA or Azure DevOps Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and Finacle implementation teams to ensure coverage and sign-off Participate in SIT, UAT, and parallel run phases; support go-live and post-production validation Prepare test summary reports and quality metrics for project stakeholders Required Skills & Experience 6–8 years of functional testing experience with strong focus on Infosys Finacle Core Banking (v10 or above preferred) Mandatory hands-on experience in Finacle CDH — customer data hub workflows, data enrichment, and cross-system synchronisation Solid understanding of Core Banking modules: Deposits, Loans (Retail & Corporate) Proven experience in Mobile Banking Testing — native and hybrid apps, API testing (REST/SOAP), and device/OS compatibility testing Proficient in writing detailed test cases, test plans, and defect reports Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps Sound knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail Hands-on experience in Report Testing — validation of scheduled and on-demand reports, data reconciliation between source systems and report output, and format/layout verification (PDF, Excel, CSV) Experience testing Finacle Alerts & Advices — validation of alert triggers, notification delivery (SMS, email, in-app), advice generation, and template/content verification across banking events Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Engineering, or a related field from a recognised and reputed institution Candidate Profile Currently based in Dubai, UAE — no relocation candidates Immediately available — no notice period or short notice (max 2 weeks) preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing delivery environment Show more Show less
