Role Overview We’re looking for ambitious, commercially driven individuals to join our Abu Dhabi team as Real Estate Agent. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity focused on off-plan real estate sales and investment advisory, where you’ll work with local and international clients and build meaningful relationships that go beyond a single transaction. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, understanding investor needs, presenting the right properties, and turning conversations into long-term client relationships and successful deals. What You'll Do Build and manage a strong portfolio of local and international investors Introduce clients to carefully selected off-plan projects and investment opportunities Understand client goals and recommend properties aligned with their needs Generate new business through networking, referrals, outreach, events, and marketing activities Build lasting relationships with investors, developers, and industry contacts Take ownership of the entire sales journey—from the first conversation to closing Stay updated on new launches, market trends, payment plans, and project offerings Work closely with marketing and sales teams during campaigns, launches, and client events Follow up consistently, nurture prospects, and convert opportunities into transactions Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets What We're Looking For Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills A naturally sales-driven mindset with a genuine desire to achieve results Confidence in speaking with clients and presenting high-value opportunities Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions Self-motivated, resilient, proactive, and comfortable working with targets Strong follow-up and relationship management skills Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus Fluent in English (fluency in European, Russian, Chinese & Arabic are highly preferred) Who Can Apply Previous experience in sales, business development, or real estate is beneficial but not essential Open to career switchers with strong sales or client-facing backgrounds Professionals from luxury retail, banking, automotive, hospitality, recruitment, and other relationship-driven industries are welcome Individuals who are ambitious, coachable, financially motivated, and ready to build a career in real estate Why PSI?
