We are seeking to hire Electronics Engineer to join our UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) assembly team. In this critical role, you will be based directly in the assembly area, supporting the integration, verification, and acceptance testing of all electrical and electronic systems on UAV platforms. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to avionics, wiring harnesses, electronic equipment, test benches, and associated test software to ensure that every UAV meets rigorous performance, safety, and quality standards before delivery.
Responsibilities
Provide real-time technical support during the electrical and avionics integration phase of UAV assembly.
Verify correct installation and routing of wiring harnesses, connectors, electronic modules, sensors, actuators, and power distribution systems.
Execute formal acceptance test procedures (ATP) for avionics systems, harnesses, electronic equipment, power systems, communication links, and flight-control hardware.
Diagnose, isolate, and resolve failures in electrical/electronic systems using multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic tools.
Troubleshoot software-related issues in test environments, including embedded software, test scripts, data acquisition software, and ground control station interfaces.
Maintain accurate test records, failure analysis reports, and as-built documentation in accordance with aerospace quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly, integration, or testing (aerospace, UAV/drone, or defense industry strongly preferred).
Proven track record in troubleshooting complex avionics, wiring harnesses, and electronic systems.
Experience with acceptance testing and test-bench operation is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuits, power electronics, communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, RS-422/485, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, etc.), and PCB-level diagnostics.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and harness drawings.
Hands-on experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, data loggers) and automated test software (LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent).
Familiarity with aerospace standards (DO-160, DO-178C, DO-254, MIL-STD-810, IPC/WHMA-A-620) is a strong advantage.
