Responsibilities Acquire SME customers through field visits, referrals, networking, and assigned leads/managers. Understand financing needs and explain suitable products and eligibility requirements. Manage the sales pipeline and follow up to achieve acquisition and financing targets. Support application completion and collection of required documents. Coordinate with Credit Risk and Operations to resolve queries and track applications. Explain approved offers, pricing, and repayment terms within delegated authority. Maintain customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
