If interested then please send me your updated CV to [redacted email] Job Title: Manager- Client Strategy Location: Qatar Duration: 6-12+ Months contract Strategic planning: Translate the client’s strategy into departmental objectives, annual plans, initiatives and KPIs. Performance management: Monitor organizational and departmental KPIs, analyze gaps and report performance to management. Quality management: Develop and maintain quality frameworks, policies, procedures and standards across the Ministry. Process improvement: Review and streamline processes, identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Strategy execution: Track strategic initiatives, milestones, risks and dependencies to ensure delivery against plans. Management reporting: Develop dashboards and periodic reports providing leadership with visibility on performance and strategic progress. Institutional excellence: Lead benchmarking, maturity assessments and organizational excellence initiatives. Innovation: Identify and promote innovative ways of working, including digitalization, automation and AI-enabled improvement. Governance: Support development of governance frameworks, roles, accountabilities, policies and decision-making mechanisms.
