Performance Media Buyer

Role Description The Performance Media Buyer at Silavisions Digital Solutions is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital channels to achieve performance targets such as leads, conversions, and return on ad spend. Responsibilities include developing media strategies, managing media budgets, negotiating with media vendors, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing regular reports and insights for stakeholders. The Performance Media Buyer will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and continuously improved based on data-driven findings. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Media Planning and Media Strategy to design effective, goal-oriented campaigns. Candidates should possess strong Media Buying capabilities, including vendor negotiation, budget allocation, and optimization across platforms. Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, present campaign results, and coordinate with external partners. Experience with major digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic tools) and performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS) is highly beneficial. Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
