Job Title: Senior Property Consultant Location: Egypt Maverick Impact is currently hiring Senior Property Consultants on behalf of multiple reputable real estate companies. This role is ideal for experienced consultants seeking to work with established developers, handle high-quality portfolios, and advance their careers within a performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure. * Identify and engage potential buyers and investors across residential and commercial projects. * Provide professional property consultations based on clients’ needs and investment goals. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. * Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets in alignment with company objectives. * Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitive offerings. Requirements * Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy. * Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets. * Professional network within the real estate market is a strong advantage. * High level of professionalism, commitment, and self-motivation.
