Senior Sales Executive

Role Description The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company’s presence in the industrial equipment and services market. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and preparing customized proposals and quotations. The role involves conducting site visits, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate solutions and timely delivery. The Senior Sales Executive will negotiate contracts, track sales performance against targets, and provide regular reports and market feedback to management. In addition, the role includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product lines, industry trends, and competitor activities to support strategic sales planning. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, engineering solutions, or related sectors. Strong skills in client relationship management, account development, and negotiation. Ability to analyze client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose appropriate solutions. Proficiency in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and sales reports using common office and CRM software. Effective communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work both independently and within cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Knowledge of the Jordan industrial market and willingness to travel locally for client visits and site meetings.
