Real Estate Account Manager

WiserChat is hiring an Account Manager to manage our relationships with real estate developers. We are looking for someone who has already worked at a real estate company and understands how property teams, buyer leads, and client follow-up work. You will own developer follow-up, keep lead feedback accurate in the CRM, coordinate meetings and property-site shoots, and appear in WiserChat content. Real estate company experience Previous employment at a genuine real estate company is required. This can be a brokerage, developer, property platform, property-management firm, or property-investment business. Your previous role does not have to have been sales. Account management, customer service, operations, marketing, administration, and other roles at real estate companies all count. We do not require a fixed number of years or a particular previous job title. We value initiative, clear communication, organization, and reliable follow-through. What you will do • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the two developers we are running lead-generation campaigns for. • Follow up daily with developer agents and managers. Get useful feedback on buyer leads, update the CRM, and chase missing actions through to completion. • Arrange one office visit per developer each week, for two developer visits in total. Prepare the meetings and follow up on agreed actions. • Coordinate two property-site content shoots each week with the developer and our team. • Appear in WiserChat's property content and branded productions. • Resolve partnership issues, keep clients informed, and take responsibility for commitments. What will help you succeed • First-hand understanding of how real estate companies operate. • Confidence speaking with agents, sales managers, and developer teams. • Accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up without repeated reminders. • Comfort coordinating several people, visiting property sites, and speaking on camera.
