Retail Sales Associate Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to support in-store sales, assist customers with product selection, and deliver a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and understand their needs. Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and offers. Recommend suitable products and support upselling/cross-selling. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well presented. Support stock checks, replenishment, and basic inventory activities. Process sales transactions through POS systems as required. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on promotions. Support daily store opening/closing activities and housekeeping standards. Requirements 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role. High school qualification or equivalent. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, presentable, and target-driven. Strong customer-service orientation. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage. Experience with POS systems is preferred.
