Job Purpose:
Support Organizational Development initiatives through HR data analysis, organizational structure management, and performance management activities to improve organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain organizational charts, job descriptions, and position data.
Analyze HR data and prepare reports and dashboards.
Assist in workforce analysis, career path mapping, and succession planning.
Support IDPs and identify employee development needs.
Participate in OD projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong Excel and analytical skills; Power BI is an advantage.
Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
