Senior Account Manager – Alexandria Location: Alexandria, Egypt Experience: 4–6 years (subject to confirmation) Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications About the Role We are recruiting a Senior Account Manager on behalf of a leading insurance brokerage company in Egypt. We are seeking an experienced professional with strong client relationship management skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage corporate accounts while ensuring excellent service delivery and long-term client retention. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned corporate clients. Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and account-related matters. Oversee client portfolios, insurance policy renewals, and account servicing activities. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client requests and escalations. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to support account growth. Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and account performance. Prepare client presentations, reports, and account reviews. Maintain accurate client records and ensure consistent follow-up. Qualifications & Requirements 4–6 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Client Relations, or related functions. Strong experience managing corporate client accounts. Previous experience in insurance brokerage or financial services is an advantage. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
