Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chinese-Speaking Relationship Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be a native Chinese speaker with a minimum of two years of experience working directly with a real estate developer and professional fluency in English. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, engaging Chinese-speaking investors and buyers, and supporting sales growth across the company's property portfolio. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, investors, and business partners. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Chinese-speaking market. Present property developments and investment opportunities to prospective buyers. Manage client inquiries and maintain relationships throughout the sales process. Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to generate leads and drive conversions. Maintain accurate client records and follow up on prospective business opportunities. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand the company's client network. Work towards individual and team sales targets. Qualifications Native-level proficiency in Chinese and professional fluency in English. Professional fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Minimum 2 years of experience working with a real estate developer. Good understanding of Dubai's real estate market, particularly off-plan developments. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience dealing with international clients and investors is an advantage. Required Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong client acquisition and business development capabilities. Ability to engage effectively with Chinese-speaking buyers and investors.
