Quality Assurance Senior Engineer

Consultants Valley is helping GB Corp find its next Quality Assurance Senior Engineer. Job Description & Responsibilities works with Lean & Six Sigma programs Container Unpacking and parts inspection and follow up criteria using standard physical, Mechanical and/ or electrical measurements. Supervise unpacking to inspect items condition Prepare monthly report for defective items ratio & Periodic report Localized items inspection and testing to make the final approvals Technical report concerning the final chassis or products received by our factory. Prepare Localized items inspection report to be sent to Localization Department Accurate documentation of results of the inspections and testing. Work with production management and Quality Assurance to provide feedback to assemblers regarding accuracy of assembly procedures. Make &follow up claims for Local and CKD parts. Follow up with service center and feedback manufacture and sales representative. Requirements Required Industry Experience: Automotive Required Education: Bachelor's Degree, Mechanical Engineering Required Languages: English (Basic) Required Skills: Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO 13053 Six Sigma, Lean Silver Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt Location: Suez, Egypt (Onsite) | Full Time Show more Show less
