The ideal candidate will drive car rental sales, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. This role suits a proactive, target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and target potential customers (corporate and individual) to promote rental services Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client meetings Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction Present rental packages, promotions, and services effectively Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs Customer Service Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally Understand customer needs and recommend suitable rental solutions Ensure smooth booking processes, including coordination for vehicle delivery and return Market Analysis & Reporting Monitor market trends and competitor activities Prepare regular sales reports (leads, pipeline, performance, feedback) Provide insights to management on customer preferences and improvements Product Knowledge Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fleet, rental policies, and promotions Stay informed about industry updates and trends Collaboration Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Experience 2–5 years of proven experience in the car rental industry (mandatory) Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service practices Familiarity with Speed System software and sales tools Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Target-oriented with a proactive mindset Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Language Fluent in English Professional proficiency in Arabic (strongly preferred) How to Apply Interested candidates may send their CV to [redacted email] or [redacted email], mentioning "Sales Agent Rent A Car" in the subject line.
